End of line products, packaging may not be in prestine condition in some cases but there is nothing wrong with the slabs. We advise customers to buy 10% extra to cover offcuts or damages. There may be 5% broken inside the crate which you can use for offcuts, for any damage beyond that, we will refund you for the damages. Since these are end of line products, we won't be able to supply replacements.
